26/27 Travel Team Tryouts

Travel team tryouts will take place on:

📅 Sunday, September 20 @ Craig High School

Boys:

7/8th Grade 8:30-10am

4th Grade 10:30-12pm

5/6th Grade 12:30-2pm

Girls:

4/5th Grade 10-11:30am

6-8th Grade 12:30-2pm

• Will be boys and girls grades 4-8th
• Disclaimer : This league is only for Janesville residents or students enrolled in Janesville Schools (public or parochial)
• Teams will be split aligned with East/West if numbers allow, board makes final decision
• Tryouts will be 9/20, teams announced by 9/23. If unable to attend the tryout date, families will need to reach out to us for a private tryout prior to 9/20. 
• Practices will be 2 times a week starting 10/5. 
• Registration will include jersey sizing, we will not be doing try ons except for incoming 4th graders and new kids if requested.

Welcome to our Tournament Teams Page! We understand that some of you may have questions about what the term "travel or tournament" means. Here at JBA we are part of a league called Badger Development League (BDL). There are three different tiers of level of play. Once we put together a team, we choose what level we think each team would be most successful in. Coaches will then be able to add a few tournaments based on how they feel their team will do. Travel for the most part is under one hour from our home base here in Janesville. Please reach out with additional question about travel, as many programs differ on what "travel" means. We are excited for the upcoming season!!

• Every team did not have this schedule but similar distances traveled.
• This team above decided to not have an overnight tournament as some teams do.
• Some teams do more tournaments and some do less, it depends what the coach and parents together decide.
